G-PARC announces Thrive! Gaithersburg: Celebrating and creating a strong community.

This first annual event, sponsored by G-PARC and the City of Gaithersburg, brings together activities that connect our Parks, Arts, and Recreation with the concepts of community and environmental wellness. We invite local families to join us to celebrate our community and its people. Activities include storm drain painting, chalk art, and decorating trash grabbers. Participate in wellness events like yoga in the park, tai chi, or zumba. Visit with therapy dogs, local watershed groups, and other organizations that support community and environmental wellness. We hope to see you there!
